Anika Johnson: Writing credits include – with her sister Britta: Brantwood (Sheridan College; Audience Choice Dora award winner) and Jacob Two Two Meets the Hooded Fang (YPT); with Barbara Johnston: Blood Ties (SummerWorks/Edinburgh Fringe/featured on BBC America’s Orphan Black), Summerland (with Suzy Wilde; 2015 Toronto Fringe), and Elly’s Emotions (2015 Dora nominee, Outstanding TYA Production). Performing credits include international touring with CORPUS DanceProjects and appearances across North America as Sporty Spice in Wannabe: The Spice Girls Tribute Band.
Barbara Johnston: Barbara Johnston is a Dora nominated writer and director and works regularly in Toronto as an actor, choreographer, educator and musician. A graduate of Wexford Music Theatre and Ryerson Theatre School’s Acting program, she is one half of the musical theatre writing duo Johnson and Johnston whose work has been featured on BBC’s Orphan Black, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Toronto’s Fringe Festival and Summerworks Theatre Festival. She is a founding member of Wannabe: The Spice Girls Tribute Band and fronts Spiderwebs: The No Doubt Tribute Band.
Suzy Wilde: Suzy Wilde is a singer, arranger, composer and producer from Toronto. A graduate of Wexford Music Theatre and Humber Jazz, she works full time as a music teacher, a co-writer with Johnson and Johnston (Summerland) a Spice Girl (Wannabe: The Spice Girls Tribute Band) and a member of country-folk trio Dirty Dishes.
